My Prediction: The #1 Consultant Business Model in 2021 That Can Take You From $100k - $1 Million . . .

Dear Client:

Let's face it, 2020's been a doozy.

Some businesses have taken off like a rocket.

Others have failed forever.

Now, here's the thing,

If you aren't careful . . .

You'll go into 2021 thinking it's going to be a rerun  . .

Or worse.

You'll set yourself up for failure.

I don't want that for you.

So I'm going to share some things in this letter that I truly believe will move the needle.

If they don't . . .if you have a plan that's gonna work - by all means, do it, use it, make it happen.

But please, please, please don't give up on 2021 because 2020 has been hard on you.

Personally, I believe there's a turn around happening.

Here's why:

Whenever there is a chaos, and things get shuffled - like in an earthquake -

there is . .well . . chaos  . . .

Some things go up, some things go down . .

And you don't know till they happen . .

'But  once the dust has settled . . .

Things go back to a "new normal"

yeah, yeah, I know, that term has been overused lately.

But it fits.

So I used it.

here's what I'm getting at:

Once you know the "new normal"

You can then assess and determine where the gaps are in the market.

Where are the gaps in YOUR market?

Let me suggest:

Your biggest struggle has been lack of direction in a pivot-happy world.

  1. High Ticket Consulting has been hot this year.Many low-ticket marketers have struggled.That creates an opportunity for you:

    Enter the gap between low ticket (that has failed)
    and High Ticket (that is unaffordable to 97% of a market)

    With a mid-ticket offer (I'll share with you which one in a moment)

    My personal prediction for 2021: Mid ticket will win when structured correctly

  2. Too many marketers have been focused on up-front revenue.That means . . .Their recurring revenue is down.

    Maybe yours is too

    The gap:

A solid game plan for YOU implementing a $300 - $500 monthly consulting service and YOU getting clients as soon as 2 weeks from today.

Of course, you can build any consulting business you want, but here are some of the concepts you could put into place:

  1. Start a virtual assistant reseller business where YOU pay $5 an hour for a virtual assistant, and you "rent out" your virtual assistant's time for $10-$15 an hour ( many entrepreneurs only need 5-10 hours a VA service each week, and it's hard to find a good VA for 5 hours. But YOU pay $5 * 40 hours = $200 for your VA . . . then rent out for $15 an hour = $600 . .
    You pocket the difference . . . and the key to your growth is scale . . .
  2. Start a prospecting business on linkedin. The going rate for 50 connection requests per day is about $300 a month. Your VA can do that in about 1 hour a day. So . . . you are paying $100 per client for the actual prospecting . . and your clients are paying you $300 a month (the key of course is having multiple clients, so that your VA spends 30 minutes on each clients)
  3. Obviously, you can start a teaching/consulting/coaching business on linkedin . . . this can be $300 a month, or even $100 - $200 a month - the key with this is use your VA to get your own leads, send those leads to a 3 page sales page funnel where they enroll on autopilot
  4. And then of course there's the most aggressive: Get leads on linkedin, then hold appointments and enroll clients at $300 - $1000 a month. That's the most profitable in the SHORT run, but personally I like the $300 a month model we discussed on the training Monday:Here's why:$300 a month - with just 30 clients - that's $9000 a month

    $9000 a month * 12 months = $108,000 a year -

    And it's mostly automated

  5. You could even offer a hybrid 1-1 program JUST LIKE THIS for $300 a month . . .Each client requires about 1 hour of delivery per month, with 2-3 15-20 minute sessions . .

So if YOU have 30 clients at $300 a month . . that's about 30 hours a month of actual consulting

 

And of course you can scale, this is the starter version, you can do this if you want:

$300 a month times 30 clients = $9000

$300 a month times 100 clients - $30,000 a month

and $300 a month times . . . 200 clients = $60,000 a month

Of course, that will take time

You will have to be dedicated.

Get systems in place, etc, to grow to that level

Whereas the $300 a month level can be instituted fairly quickly.

Obviously, those are only possible ideas for YOUR business.

Maybe you already have a solid consulting business . . . but you need personal guidance to grow it.

Or maybe your new enrollments are hit and miss, and that needs to change . . . .

like how do I get 100 clients in 100 days in my niche?

like what are the exact words to put on MY linkedin connection request?

like what should I give away on my giveaway?

100 more questions just like it

and the ONLY way to get that to those people

(maybe that's you and you agree)

is 1-1

the problem is

there's no way on earth I can work 1-1 with 75 people

and the answer in the coaching "market" is to just raise the prices

so that only the right number of people who can "afford" the 1-1 will get it

and then as a coach I don't burn out

But the more I think about that model

I don't like it

I don't like it anymore

Because instead of helping 75 people who really need it

I can only help the 10 that can afford it the most

Look, I'll be honest, I've had to grow into this

I've learned from the industry what "works"

I don't like what works anymore

Of course, we still butt up against the idea that it's not humanly possible

to give 75 clients an hour a week, of straight teaching, and not be so drained

that I run off my family after hours (wouldn't you?)

I can't do 75 hours

You can't do 75 hours.

So I really started thinking . . .

Ok, if they are getting the broad strokes on training like I did yesterday

What if I put together a streamlined hybrid 1-1
